Industry Careers Exposure (ICE) Subcommittee

The goal of this committee is to provide MGH postdoctoral fellows with opportunities to broaden their career prospects. Specifically, the initiative intends to expose MGH postdoctoral fellows to career paths in the life sciences industry. The main goals of the ICE Club are:
(1) Illustrate the positions available to postdoctoral fellows, both in Research & Development and away from the bench
(2) Inform the skills and knowledge requirements needed to get the first industry job
(3) Give an insider’s insight into the types and structures of life sciences private industry sector
(4) Enable communication and networking between MGH postdoctoral fellows and industry
