Welcome to the Massachusetts General Postdoctoral Association (MGPA), the official community of Mass General Postdocs! We are a community-driven organization that strives to serve and support the MGH postdoc community in matters related to career development and well-being, partnering with the Center for Faculty Development (CFD).

Our mission is to create a network of postdocs who can exchange ideas, collaborate, and connect to help advance their careers. We offer a range of resources, from professional development opportunities to social events, to help build a vibrant and engaged postdoc community at MGH.
